Technical Specifications for the University of Texas at Austin TRIGA II reactor (section 6.6.2.8) requires a written report for permanent changes in facility organization involving Level 1 or Level 2 personnel. Paul M. Whaley has been appointed NETL Associate Director as of January 2, 2010.
