Ref: University of Texas at Austin Facility Docket No. 50-602 License No. R-129 Project Manager Linh N. Tran, I respectfully submit notification that Mr. David Sean O'Kelly has left his position of employment as Associate Director of the Nuclear Engineering Teaching Laboratory for a position at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. His departure results in a change of the personnel in one of the positions under Level 2 of the Facility Organizational Structure as shown in Technical Specification section 6.1.1. This position will be vacant until it can be refilled. We have posted this employment position for rehire of an individual meeting the same qualifications as were required previously.
