Dear Mr. Annacone:

This refers to the meeting conducted at your request at the NRC Region II Office on January 14, 2010, at 2:00 pm. The meeting's purpose was for Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP) to discuss their Human Performance Improvement Plan, specifically BSEPs efforts in improving procedure/document quality.

The topics discussed included the development, inputs and focus areas of BSEPs Human Performance Excellence Plan, focus area key actions and results. Enclosed are a list of attendees (Enclosure 1) and the presentation handouts (Enclosure 2).

In accordance with Section 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
