The purpose of the pre-application meeting between Southern Nuclear Company Inc., (SNC, the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss the NRC unresolved issues regarding the permanent alternate repair criteria for steam generator tubes as transmitted by letter dated l\\Iovember 23, 2009, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093030490) for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2.

This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
