Dear Mr. Hamilton:
Thank you for your letter dated December 7, 2009, in response to our request for additional
information. Your letter addressed questions the NRC raised as a result of your revision to
commitments made in response to Notice of Violation (NOV) EA-08-220.
We have reviewed your response and have no further
questions at this time. We will review the adequacy of your corrective actions related to NOV EA-08-220 during a supplemental inspection
utilizing Inspection Procedure 95001, which is currently
scheduled in February 2010.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from
the NRC=s document system (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. Sincerely,
