The outline(s) and examinations(s) must be forwarded to the NRC regional office with a cover letter signed by the facility representative.
As the McGuire facility representative, I have reviewed and approved the NRC examination to be administered in November 2009. I have determined that the exam is accurate, operationally valid and ready for NRC review.
