Power Authority of State of New York, Bayne to Denton, November 1982

Dear Mr. Denton:

The proprietary material for which withholding is being requested by Power Authority of State of New York is of the same technical type as that pro prietary material submitted by Westinghouse previously in application for withholding AW-80-53, and was accompanied by an affidavit signed by the owner of the proprietary information, Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Further, the affidavit AW-80-53 submitted to justify the previous material on June 13, 1980 is equally applicable to this material.

Accordingly, this letter authorizes the utilization of the previously furnished affidavit in support of the Power Authority of State of New York Indian Point Unit 3. A copy of the affidavit is attached.

Correspondence with respect to the proprietary aspects of the application for withholding or the.Westinghouse affidavit should reference CAW-82-62 and should be addressed to the undersigned.
