Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-286 Steam Generator Sleeving Report
Dear Sir:
Enclosed are six copies of the non-proprietary version of the Indian Point 3 sleeving report which was prepared by Westinghouse, entitled "Indian Point Unit 3 Steam Generator Sleeving Report Prepared for the Power Authority of the State of New York, WCAP-10146, September, 1982".
The proprietary version was transmitted to the. NRC by letter dated October 18, 1982 (IPN-82-70).
Also enclosed is Westinghouse Authorization CAW-82-62, a non proprietary document, which supercedes Westinghouse Authorization CAW-82-50 transmitted to the NRC by the aforementioned October 18, 1982 letter.
In addition, it should be noted that all references in the Authority's October 19, 1982 "Application for Amendment to Operating License" to the aforementioned sleeving report pertain to Revision 1 of the sleeving report.
