Outside of Scope Note that the issue of the pipe leaks at OC was discussed in a letter to Congressman Adler. In that response 0 we indicated we would provide additional details about the leak in our report. Several key issues were discussed in that letter which we will need to clearly discuss in the report, as applicable.
