Unit 1 Docket No. STN 50-528 Revision to Reactor Vessel Material Surveillance Capsule Report By letter no. 102-04500, dated October 20, 2000, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) submitted Westinghouse report WCAP1 5589, October 2000, documenting the results of the examination of the PVNGS Unit 1 surveillance capsule that was removed from the 380 location. It was subsequently identified that two PVNGS Unit 1 Capsule 38° data points were inadvertently labeled as M-6701-2 in WCAP-15589, October 2000. This labeling error was corrected in Revision 1 to WCAP-15589, March 2003, with PVNGS Unit 1 base metal data from Capsule 380 correctly labeled as lower shell plate M-431 1-1.
Enclosed is WCAP-1 5589, Revision 1, March 2003. This document replaces WCAP-1 5589, October 2000, submitted by APS letter no. 102-04500, dated October 20, 2000.
