SUMMARY

OF NOVEMBER 12, 2009, PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS ACTIONS TAKEN BY FENOC TO ADDRESS HUMAN PERFORMANCE SUBSTANTIVE CROSS-CUTTING ISSUES On November 12, 2009, staff from Region III and Perry Nuclear Power Plant met to discuss licensee actions and their effectiveness for human performance issues at the facility. The meeting was a follow-up to the NRCs 2009 Reactor Oversight Process mid-cycle assessment of the Perry facility. In that assessment, the NRC requested a meeting to better understand the effectiveness of the licensee actions to address the long standing human performance issues.
