SCCI - MOST RECENT ASSESSMENT August 2009 Assessment - number of issues with cross cutting aspects increased from 12 to 20, with themes in the areas of:

  • Work control - planning
  • Work control - oversight
  • Use of human error prevention techniques
  • Documentation/procedures

SCCI - MOST RECENT ASSESSMENT - cont New theme in Problem Identification and Resolution:

  • corrective action program - thorough evaluation

SCCI - MOST RECENT ASSESSMENT NRC concerns:

CLOSURE OF SCCIs SCCI will remain open until themes are cleared.
