Brenda, Siva Lingam contacted me last week after B. Boger asked him to verify that Region II approved the planned changes and to ensure that the State of Florida was aware that the request had been submitted for review and approval.

I forwarded the information to B. Bonser, DRS and to Bob Trojanowski, SLO Region II for review.

Brian had Lee Miller, Sr. EP Specialist, review the amendment. He has no issues with the propsed change. Bob Trojanowski also spoke with his contacts in the State office and confirmed that they had been informed of the move and they were waiting to learn of the outcome. They stated that FPL had already committed to provide additional training if the amendment was approved.

You may inform Bruce that Region II staff has no issues with approval of this request.
