Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Licensing Board) November 4, 2009 Order, slip op. at 2, the Staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) herein notifies the Licensing Board and the parties that NUREG-1437, Supplement 39, the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) regarding Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2, is publicly available as of today through the NRCs Citrix viewer and the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession Number ML093170484.
In order to access the DSEIS via Citrix, you must first install the Citrix viewer. The Citrix viewer can be installed via the NRCs public websites Electronic Reading Room. From the Electronic Reading Room, click on Documents in ADAMS, then click on Citrix-based access and follow the directions there. If you need assistance, please telephone the NRC ADAMS Help Line at (301) 415-1234, option 1.
The DSEIS should be available tomorrow, Saturday, November 14, 2009, and in any event, no later than Monday, November 16, 2009, through the NRCs web-based ADAMS under Accession Number ML093170484.
