Inspection for report 219/2009008 - Buried pipe I plan to be at 0 Creek on Tuesday 5/19 and 5/20 for buried pipe / leakage inspection including:
Determine the root cause team scope.
Obtain any other relevant documents the root cause team is using, including IRs, reports, contractor info, updated OTDM, Topical Report 116 if past Rev 3.
Consistency of OCreek buried piping /tanks program with EPRI Report #1016456, dated December 2008 CST Tank bottom UT followup if the UT is done on 5/14-15.
Any other items you see as needing followup on the leakage issues.
Coordinate with you on any inputs you may have for the 008 report On the phone call of 5/12, Jim Barstow was provided with a list of documents types needed.
I left a call message with Stevie DuPont (609-971-4033) today Also R Nimitz and H Gray will be on-site 5/14 if CST UT is done then.
