Marc Ferdas Sunday, April 26, 2009 2:42 PM Ronald Bellamy; John White; Jeffrey Kulp; Scott Barber; Marc Ferdas; Ronald Nimitz STATUS OC Shutdown on 4/25 As of April 26 @ 2 pm Outside of Scope Cos ITEMS to NOTE On 4/25 during excavation, OC identified a leak from a 8" pipe (Hot well reject line back to CST (SS-4)). On 4/26 a clamp was installed and the leak was stopped. Originally, OC thought that the pipe was stainless steal based on drawings, but it has since been confirmed as carbon steal. This pipe was inspected by "Guided Wave" earlier last week as part of their investigation into the tritium and was found to be acceptable.
