Twelve inch ID x 53-inch long UF6 cylinder, as described in Section 4.2, Figure a(7), TID-7019; protective package for 12-inch diameter UF6 cylinder as described in K-1714.

Existing approvals for the delivery of 12-inch diameter UF6 cylinders to a carrier for transport, under Special Nuclear Material License No.

SNM-928 shall remain in effect under the existing terms and conditions until August 31,
