Enclosed for your information is the synopsis of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

Office of Investigations= (OI) completed report regarding whether specific Security Officers, employed by Pinkerton Government Services (PGS), Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), were willfully inattentive to duty or sleeping and whether specific PGS supervisors had knowledge of the inattentiveness/sleeping and willfully failed to take action.

OI did not substantiate that specific Security Officers, employed by Pinkerton Government Services (PGS), Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), were willfully inattentive to duty or sleeping and that specific PGS supervisors had knowledge of the inattentiveness/sleeping and willfully failed to take action. Accordingly, enforcement action is not warranted, and we plan no further actions with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.

Based on the evidence developed during this investigation, OI:RII did not substantiate that specific Security Officers, employed by Pinkerton Government Services (PGS), Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), were willfully inattentive to duty or sleeping and that specific PGS supervisors had knowledge of the inattentiveness/sleeping and willfully failed to take action.
