Safety Evaluation Regarding Replacement Items Corrective Action Program (TAC NO. ME2168)

The NRC approved the WBN Unit 2 Corrective Action Program (CAP) for Replacement Items in Reference 1. This letter is provided to add clarity to TVA's CAP. If an item was replaced in WBN Unit 1 as part of the Replacement Items CAP without an evaluation (i.e., surplused for economic reasons), TVA will replace the same item for WBN Unit 2. provides the listing of open actions required for licensing made in this letter.
