Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC Oconee Nuclear Site, Units 1, 2, and 3 Renewed Operating Licenses: DPR-38, 47, and 55 Docket Numbers: 50-269, 270, and 287 Registration for Use of General License Spent Fuel Cask Number 109 In accordance with 10CFR72.212(b)(1)(ii), Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke), hereby notifies the Commission of storage of dry fuel under Cask Certificate of Compliance 72-1004, Amendment 9. The date of storage was August 9, 2009; the Cask Load Number was 109. The cask model is the Standardized NUHOMS 24PHB, the dry storage canister (DSC) identification number is ONS-24PHBL-HZ109; the physical location at the Oconee ISFSI was Module W-43.
