MD7824 draft RAI Reqst to DAEC due 25Sep09.doc Attached is an draft RAI document pertaining to GL 2008-01. We would like to schedule a conference call with your staff to verify your understanding of the items being requested, clarify the nature of the needed response, and affirm the date associated with the response (September 25, 2009).
The NRC participants in the call will be Muhammad Razzaque of the Reactor Systems Branch and myself. We propose a nominal one hour conference call on either Monday (August 17) or Wednesday (August 19 - the preferred date) within the period from 1:00 PM ET ending not later than 5:00 PM ET (12:00 PM to 4:00 PM CT).
Subsequent to the conference call we will provide a letter including the RAIs as discussed and the requested date of response as confirmed during the conversation.
