RE: Advance copy of OC commitments inspection report and project plan Rich, Doug, It looks really good to me, although I'm not very familiar with your inspections summaries - it's obvious you've worked hard to put together an excellent product.

My only high-level comment: did you consider recognizing somewhere, perhaps the cover letter, that AmerGen no longer operates OC (as of yesterday), but that they did at the time of the inspection. Not sure it's necessary, but might be helpful for posterity.

Well done to Doug and John for getting the files ready I and my staff (Modes, Tifft, Richmond) will be discussing the report most likely all afternoon on Tuesday 1/13.

All, Attached is the current draft of the Oyster Creek license renewal commitments inspection report and the project plan. This report is to be issued on a tight schedule and we will be request some quick turnaround reviews to help facilitate that schedule.
