APPROVAL OF MARCH 2009 REVISION OF VNC SITE SECURITY PLAN (TAC NO. L32828)
Dear Mr. Turner:
This refers to the March 2009, Revision of the Vallecitos Nuclear Center Site Security Plan, which was transmitted by your letter dated March 9, 2009. This plan applies to licenses SNM-960 and R-33.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff in the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response has completed its review of the plan, and has determined that the plan was properly submitted under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54 and 10 CFR 70.32, and the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. A Safeguards Evaluation Report is furnished as an enclosure to this letter.
TAC L32828 is considered closed.
