REVIEW OF PHYSICAL PROTECTION PLAN FOR VALLECITOS NUCLEAR CENTER, DATED MARCH 9. 2009. (TAC L32828)
The Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response has completed its review of the General Electric-Hitachi Physical Protection Plan merger submitted by letter on March 9, 2009.
We are basing our conclusions and findings in this Safeguards Evaluation Report (SER) on the revised plan submitted to staff by letter dated March 9, 2009. The SER has been enclosed.
Please provide a copy of the SER that is provided to the licensee, to our office, attn:
