- 2) No NRC inspector has been in Bay 3 this outage (don't know about 2006).
- 3) If we want a direct inspection inside Bay-3, we need to do it within the next few days, or we will loose the opportunity (they'll finish the repairs and close it up).

We had not viewed the video, or observed the Bay 3 (that I was aware).,,. and felt it was more important to get the information that we knew most about out as soon as possible (with a later update as necessary).

We do NOT talk about the seal in bay 3 and the evidence of the blister in 2006 video tape. Amergen should feel compelled to report what ever they want but we should anticipate questions on the inconsistency.
