Pete Tamburro said this is the engineering eval that was done during the last refuel outage, prior to plant startup. A much more detailed statistical analysis, which Pete described as a limiting case, was done after the plant was on-line.

Unless there's something else that I'm missing, .then this is what they [and we] relied on to determine that the drywell shell thickness was acceptable for plant operations during the next cycle.
