MARCH 4, 2009, GENERIC FUNDAMENTALS EXAMINATION SECTION On March 4, 2009, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered the generic funda-mentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility. Enclosed are copies of the grading results for your facility, copies of the individual answer sheets for each individual taking the exam, copies of the exam answer key for forms A and B, and the NRC response to your facility comments (if applicable). Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copies of their respective answer sheets. A P in the column labeled GRADE indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE.

Those individuals having an F in the GRADE column failed the examination. If you have any questions concerning this examination, please contact Mr. Larry Vick at (301) 415-3181.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter without its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
