Feeder for Oyster Creek:
For the One-Time Inspection Program, the inspector reviewed the sampling basis and sample plan. Also, the inspector reviewed ultrasonic test results from piping sample locations in the main steam, spent fuel pool cooling, domestic water, and demineralized water systems. In two sample locations, the measured piping thickness did not meet the acceptance criteria, and the results were being evaluated within the corrective action program.
The inspector observed surveillances of fire barrier penetrations on 4160 V Bus 1C.
