The commitment is below. For this feeder, just document what you looked at (what was inspected), and how that demonstrated that AmerGen adequately implemented the commitment. In this case, since it was a "one-t time" inspection activity, AmerGen should have evaluated their UT inspection results to determine whether ere were any aging effects (i.e., loss of material and crack initiation and growth aging effects) that needed tc e managed. In other wards, the UT inspections was expected to confirm the effectiveness of the water hemistry program.
SER Commitment No. 24, One-Time Inspection Program is new. The One-Time Inspection program will provide reasonable assurance that an aging effect is not occurring, or that the aging effect is occurring slowly enough to not affect the component or structure intended function during the period of extended operation, an therefore will not require additional aging management. This program will be used for the following:
Item (2) To confirm the effectiveness of the Water Chemistry program to manage the loss of material and crack initiation and growth aging effects. Included in the scope of this activity, a one-time UT inspection of the "B" Isolation Condenser shell below the waterline will be conducted looking for pitting corrosion.
eep it simple. Keep it shorter, rather than longer. What did they do, and how did that satisfy the intent of thE com iment 0oes this help??.

OC LR Write up ?
- John, I looked at the 'model' report from Ginna and I believe I need a little more information before I can write a detailed feeder. Will the 'B' Iso Condenser be considered a detailed review item? Could you provide me with a few details of the requirements for this committment?
- Thanks, Justin 1
