KEWAUNEE POWER STATION NRC INSPECTION REPORT 0500030512008201 CORRECTIVE ACTION STATUS; EA-08-232 NRC Inspection Report No. 05000305/2008201, dated September 5, 2008, identified a preliminary Greater than Green finding. Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) participated in a Regulatory Conference to provide additional information associated with the preliminary Greater than Green finding on October 6, 2008. In a December 18, 2008 letter, the NRC provided their conclusion that two findings of very low security significance (Green) and associated non-cited violations (NCVs) existed. The NRC also requested that DEK keep them informed of the status of the corrective actions for these NCVs. Attached is a list of the corrective actions associated with the NCVs along with their current status.
The attachment to this letter contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
