This letter is to inform you that as of May 11, 2009, Mr. Siva P. Lingam is assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Project Manager (PM) for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (SON), and backup PM for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2 and 3 (BFN). Ms. Eva A.
Brown will serve as the backup PM for SON, and will continue to serve as the PM for BFN.
