This letter confirms a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for June 2, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. (EDT). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant.
