Rich, I agree with both your recommendations (i.e., not release the notes publicly and me signing the report). I plan to discuss the exit notes issue with Karl and Diane Tues.

I've reviewed the report and just finished going over my comments with John moments ago. Overall, it is in good shape-and will be enhanced by incorporation of comments. It appears we're on a success path to have it out Wed. morning with comm plan implementation.

pro/cons Enclosed is my analysis on the issue of releasing the exit notes to the public and the DD vs BC signature.

I remain confident I can in good conscience can sign.the report but there are just too many unique aspects that dictate a higher level of signature especially if Sam Wants to see-it before it goes. Sam has already put a high hat on this by asking for Bellamy's copy of the report.
