RE: Current version of project plan I added a note in the project plan to consider getting back with HQ when incorporating comments into the report. I expect that we would only circle back to HQ if they have significant comments. If all the comments are administrative, I do not think we need to get back to them.
I will send out a revised project plan at the end of the day today.
With regards to getting the report out early, the due dates on the project plan are COB, so I don't think it's very likely to get out on the 21st per the current plan. The 22nd is a little more likely if nothing slips and HQ doesn't provide any show stopping comments.
