OC Sand Bed Technical Evaluations During a briefing today, from Mike Gallagher, we understood there were three (3) more Technical Evaluations in-progress, on sand bed issues including (1) water intrusion into thesand bed bays, (2) the coating defect in bay 11, and (3) the moisture barrier seal failure in Bay 3. When the evaluations are completed and approved, please provide a copy in the Certrec database. At this point in-time, these items do not appear to be issues that we need to evaluate prior to plant re-start, but will need to review before our inspection exit.
