OC LR Follow-up Items A few License Renewal follow-up items

1) Cavity leakage. Monitored on 75 ft elev, via a 2" tygon tube. Also, engineering has a log on the 3rd floor, in the Eng. conf rmr(Jeff knows where)

2) Drywell Trench in Bay 5, had 6 inches of grout removed, from the bottom of the trench (for UT). During drywell closeout walk downs, please observe whether the grout was re-installed, as required.

Nothing else for Resident follow-up at. this time.
