Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS), Docket No. 50-354 Salem Generating Station, Units 1 & 2, Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311 License Amendment Requests (LAR) H08-05/S08-05 PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted the subject amendment requests to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on January 5', 2009." The proposed amendments would delete the license conditions that require reporting of violations of other requirements (e.g., conditions listed in Section 2.C) in the Facility Operating Licenses (FOLs). The proposed amendments would also delete similar reporting requirements in the Administrative Section of the Technical Specifications (TS).
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b). We have no comments.
