McGuire Nuclear Station is currently loading spent nuclear fuel into NAC-UMS dry cask storage systems as controlled by Certificate of Compliance number 1015, amendment number 4. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212 (b) (1) (ii), Duke hereby registers the use of the following casks:
