Letter from Duke to NRC, same subject, dated November 6, 2008 The reference letter submitted Request for Relief 08-CN-002, which supported the application of FSWOLs to the subject Unit 2 reactor vessel nozzle welds.
Four welds were scheduled to have FSWOLs applied during the Unit 2 Spring 2009 refueling outage.
By copy of this letter, Duke is formally withdrawing the Request for Relief.
