This letter confirms a Category 3 public meeting which has been scheduled for April 2, 2009, at 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (EST). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of the meeting is to provide opportunities to discuss the annual assessment of Edwin I.
Hatch Nuclear Plant with the public. The NRC will be available to ensure the publics issues and concerns are understood and considered.
