This report summarizes the evaluations associated with facility changes, tests, and experiments implemented at the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS) site without prior NRC approval, as allowed un 10CFR72.48.

Attachment to BYR 2009-003 Page 2 of 2 10CFR72.48 Evaluation Biennial Report for 2007/2008 LBDCR# 07-04: 10CFR72.212 Report Revision This License Basis Document Change Request (LBDCR) revised the 1 OCFR72.212 Evaluation Report incorporating the following administrative changes:
- Addition of an ISFSI Cask Information Chart in Section 7.2 "1 OCFR72.212(b)(1)(ii)".
" Editorial changes, classification or deletions of existing text to reflect post decommissioning conditions (programs and procedures).
- Addition of an Attachment A to formalize how NAC-MPC Technical Specification A5.5, "NAC-MPC System Transport Evaluation Program" is addressed.
- Changes in Section 5.0, "10CFR72.212(a)(2) - Designation of Approved Cask" to reflect Certificate of Compliance, Amendment 4 scope which was not adopted by Yankee.
LBDCR# 07-05: 10CFR72.212 Report Revision This License Basis Document Change Request (LBDCR) revised the 1 OCFR72.212 Evaluation Report incorporating the following administrative changes:
- Editorial changes, clarifications or deletions of existing text to reflect post decommissioning conditions (procedures and programs).
- Correction of the frequency of the Special Nuclear Material (SNM) reporting in Section 15 "10CFR72.212(b)(8) - Cask Documentation" Section "B" to correct referenced regulations from 10CFR74 to IOCFR72.
