Change in Regulatory Commitment (TAC No. MD7815)
In its letter dated October 10, 2008, the Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) committed to revise by March 3, 2009, the Cooper Nuclear Station (1) fill and vent procedures to use ultrasonic testing (UT) and (2) surveillance procedures to use UT. The commitments were associated with your response to NRC Generic Letter 2008-01.
By letter dated March 2, 2009, NPPD revised the completion date of the commitments to August 3, 2009.
The NRC staff acknowledges the changes in commitment and has no objections.
