ML081770075 - letter and SE ML081960045 - TS pages In today's phone call, the licensee stated that the Control Room Ventilation System (VNCR) is currently in the scope of the Maintenance Rule program (10 CFR 50.65) and license renewal (10 CFR 54.37(b)). In addition, the licensee stated that the system is also currently in the Technical Specifications (TS). The staff will consider the LIC-109 review comment (related to this system) sufficiently answered if the licensee can confirm that the new alignment proposed in support of the AST submittal would not require new LCOs or surveillances that are not in the current TS.
