Dear Mr. Ridenoure:
Thank you for your letter of January 19, 2009, in response to our December 19, 2008,
letter and Notice of Violation concerning activities associated with deficient electrical
connections for the Unit 2 safety-related Battery 2B008 output breaker discovered on March 25,
2008. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice
of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future
inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
