Pardee (Exelon/AmerGen) "Order Approving Transfer of the Operating License and Conforming Amendment," dated December 23, 2008 (Three letters, one each involving Clinton Power Station, Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, and Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1)
In accordance with the Orders issued in the referenced letters, we are informing the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation of the completion of the transfer of the above nuclear units from AmerGen Energy Company, LLC to Exelon Generation Company, LLC. The closing of the transfer of the nuclear units occurred today, January 8,2009.
