Revision 19 to the Yankee Rowe Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations, Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) requests the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to review' and approve an amendment to the Security Plan for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS), Revision 19 is enclosed as Attachment A.

In Support of this request, YAEC hereby submits, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, the corresponding significant hazards consideration as Attachment B.

All changes to this Revision are. provided in detail, in Attachment C.
