As specified by Technical Specification (TS) 5.5.10 for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit Nos. 1 and 2, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), nowdoing'business as Progress Energy Carolinas,, Inc., is providing the latest changes' tothe TS Bases-for each BSEP unit. These updates, are being provided in the form of a complete, electronic copy of the TS Bases for each BSEP unitfand are contained'in the enclosed CD-ROM. The enclosed TS Bases include those changes that have been incorporated since the last submittal of TS Bases revisions to the NRC (i.e., Revisions 52 through:60 to the BSEP, Unit 1 TS Bases and Revisions.
