REFERENCE:
DIRECTOR, OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION, MEMORANDUM DATED SEPTEMBER 19, 2008 Attached is the Office of the Inspector Generals analysis and status of recommendation 12 as discussed in the agencys response dated September 19, 2008. Based on this response, recommendation 12 is now closed.
Recommendations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 were previously closed. This closes all recommendations in this report.

AUDIT REPORT AUDIT OF NRCS DRUG TESTING PROGRAM OIG-05-A-05 Status of Recommendations Recommendation 12:
Update the Management Directive System to include the drug testing policy and procedures that employees are expected to follow.
Response Dated September 19, 2008:
NRC Drug Testing Manual, NUREG/BR-0136, Rev. 5, (copy enclosed), was completed on August 29, 2008. The Office of General Counsel and Office of Human Resources have no objection to the revised manual.
OIG Analysis:
OIG has reviewed the revised NRC Drug Testing Manual, NUREG/BR-0136, Revision 5, and has determined that the corrective action addresses the intent of this recommendation. Therefore, this recommendation is considered closed.
Status:
Closed.
