MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT - SOLICITATION OF E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR THE OFFICE OF NUCLEAR REACTOR REGULATIONS NEW PROCESS OF ELECTRONICALLY DISTRIBUTING OUTGOING DOCUMENTS
Dear Sir/Madam:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Division of Operating Reactor Licensing (DORL) is transitioning to electronic distribution of its outgoing correspondence via electronic mail (e-mail).
We have tried several times to contact you about this change and request an e-mail address to use for distribution of our documents, but have been unsuccessful in reaching you.
We request that you respond to this letter within 20 working days, either providing an e-mail address, requesting to be removed from the distribution list, or stating why you are unable to receive e-mail correspondence. Included in this mailing is a quick form for you to use for your response. Please check the appropriate block and include your e-mail address if you wish to continue to receive our document distributions. If no response is received, you will be removed from the list but you are welcome to go to the NRCs public website at www.nrc.gov/public-involve.html to subscribe to receive documents for the plants of your choosing once the new program is implemented later this year. The website will also allow you to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive the documents.
