Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 72-38, 50-369, 370 Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI)
McGuire Nuclear Station is currently loading spent nuclear fuel into NAC-UMS dry cask storage systems as controlled by Certificate of Compliance number 1015, amendment number four. In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212 (b) (1) (ii), Duke hereby registers the use of cask ID number OFCTKNO15 in overpack number MN-VCC-020. This cask was loaded and placed on the ISFSI pad on August 1, 2008.
